Sam was born in Colorado but came to Oregon in 2015 to attend Willamette University. While playing baseball for the university, Sam completed the school’s BA-MBA joint degree program, earning a degree in economics and graduating with honors from the Atkinson Graduate School of Management. After two Summers interning with a multi-family REIT with assets across the country, he found his passion for real estate. With a breadth of experience in several facets of the industry, including development, asset management, capital markets and financing, Sam is confident he can add value to any project team, whether it’s a ground-up construction project, a fully stabilized asset, or anything in between.

Outside of work, Sam enjoys golfing, hiking, traveling, playing and watching sports, trying new restaurants and breweries, spending time with friends and family, and exploring all of the great activities and places Oregon has to offer.
