2025 Employee Of The Quarter - Marcus Malone
We are thrilled to recognize Marcus Malone as our new Employee of the Quarter!
Marcus has shown incredible determination and growth during his short time here at Atlas. He has played an integral role in helping a portfolio in Portland achieve stability and continues to provide outstanding support to his team.
Marcus consistently goes above and beyond to ensure operations at our properties run smoothly. You’ll often find him out in the field, engaging with residents and vendors, and exemplifying the teamwork, integrity, and dedication that define Atlas’s company culture.
Starting with Atlas as an Onsite Manager, Marcus has since earned a well-deserved promotion to Assistant Portfolio Manager. We are excited to watch his continued success in this new role!
