Kim was born in Washington State and raised in upstate New York before returning to the beauty of the Pacific Northwest. She attended St. Martins University to study psychology and human behavior. While working in the human services field, Kim discovered that she really enjoys property management and helping people find a place to call home.

Kim raised one daughter on her own and now has two bonus daughters who she adores. Spending time with friends and family is very important to Kim and keeps her traveling between home and Washington State frequently. Kim has several hobbies, including a newfound love of four-wheeling and getting lost in the woods.
