Kasey is an alumnus of the University of Oregon and has spent his career learning the ins and outs of property management. He started out in senior housing and later moved into the student housing industry, where he grew into a top management role. With more than 25 years of experience in the greater Eugene market, Kasey has developed a deep understanding of the industry and a strong connection to the local community.

When the Eugene office opened in early 2025, Kasey brought his experience and local knowledge to help grow the company’s single-family division. He is also a licensed real estate broker in the state of Oregon, adding another layer to his industry expertise.

In his off time, Kasey enjoys spending time with his wife and kids. You’ll often find him cheering on the Ducks at football games or enjoying the Oregon coast.
