Ryan brings over 20 years of experience in facilities and property management, with a strong background in maintenance operations, capital planning, and long-term asset performance across multifamily and commercial portfolios.

As Vice President of Maintenance at Atlas Management, Ryan leads maintenance operations, capital improvements, vendor partnerships, and compliance initiatives, with a focus on building efficient teams and supporting the long-term success of each property.

Throughout his career, Ryan has held leadership roles with organizations including CRMG, GSL Properties, Prometheus Real Estate Group, and Mark Taylor Residential. He has led large-scale capital programs, new construction projects, and asset rehabilitations across multiple markets.

Outside of his professional work, Ryan serves as Director of Outreach and Development for Duct Tape Patriot, a nonprofit supporting military service members and veterans. He enjoys spending time outdoors, especially horseback riding and fishing in the Pacific Northwest.
