Ashli has dedicated her career to strengthening teams, optimizing operations, and fostering collaboration. Originally from Kansas, she relocated to Oregon in 2011, where her career in property management began and quickly evolved into a lifelong passion for the industry.

As Vice President of Operations at Atlas Management, Ashli focuses on building strong, motivated teams and ensuring each department operates efficiently and in alignment with company values. She’s most fulfilled by mentoring others and helping them grow both professionally and personally.

Outside of work, Ashli enjoys spending quality time with her husband, daughters, family, and friends. She loves coffee, live comedy, thrifting, antiquing, interior design, and organization.
